Gör en bokning:

Gå vidare i systemet genom att trycka sök,  göra val och trycka nästa (längst ner på sidan). Ibland måste du göra ett val innan du kan gå vidare.  Det kan vara att ta ställning till om du vill lägga till avresestäd eller väljer att städa vid utcheckning.

Make a booking:

Proceed through the system by pressing search, making a selection and pressing next (at the bottom the page). Sometimes the system prompts you to make a choice before you can move on. It can be to decide whether you want to add final cleaning or clean yourself upon departure.

Ändra/avboka bokning

Skriv in ditt bokningsnummer samt efternamn för att ändra/avboka din bokning.

Edit/cancel your booking

Type in your booking number and surname to edit/cancel your booking.
